Customer Service
Shipping & DeliveryUK Delivery:
1. Standard Delivery - First Class Roayal Mail.
Posting times for individual cards:
1. Orders placed Monday to Friday am will be dispatched the following day.
2. Order placed on Friday after 1pm, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (unless its Bank Holiday).
3. Orders placed on Bank Holiday will be dispatched next working day.
Larger orders (more than 30 cards) - we aim to dispatch within 5 working days.
All orders are suitably packaged and sent via first class post. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 days but you need to allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive.
2. Next Day delivery. - This service is available just for UK mainland orders.
This delivery will need to be signed for.
International Delivery: Your order is usually shipped in 48 hours of payment being received (Monday to Friday). All orders are suitably packaged and sent via Airmail or Parcelforce. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
At My Card Creations we aim to exceed your expectations. We carefully produce our cards of the highest quality and describe our products in as much detail as possible to avoid any disappointment when they arrive. If, however, you receive goods from us that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them to us in an unused condition within 21 days for a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please email us at jill@mycardcreations.com Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods. We recommend you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. The goods will remain your responsibility until it has been signed for at the returns address. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
Please remember:
The goods must be returned to us unused and in its original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not resaleable then we cannot provide a refund.
We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or paypal account within 7 working days of its receipt, or will despatch to you an alternative where agreed.
Delivery charges, return postage and gift wrapping/gift message charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty.
Refund of Personalised Items
We regret that we cannot refund goods which are personalised, made to order or customised in any way unless they are faulty, as they are not resaleable.
Faulty Goods
In the unusual event that your product is faulty or was damaged in transit, you must inform us by email at jill@mycardcreations.com. A customer services representative will then advise you where to send your return to.
On receipt of the faulty goods we will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. We will also reimburse your return postage costs for Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or equivalent.
We will normally process your refund to your credit/debit card or paypal account within 7 working days of its receipt or will provide a replacement where agreed.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Privacy & Security
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998)
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Your name
Address
Phone number
Email address
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, or personal information to any third party other than our a reputable courier company for the sole purpose of delivering your goods
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
Payment Card Security
My Card Creation use PayPal Website Payments Pro, as our payment processing partner to handle your credit card details. PayPal protect your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems and none of the financial details you submit to PayPal Website Payments Pro are revealed to ourselves or stored on our system.
Ordering
We work hard to make ordering online as quick and easy as possible. The steps involved are outlined below.
Choose a category from the Gallery menu of the screen, you will then be presented with a set of sub categories from the drop-down menu. Select the heading from one of these sub categories to browse more items available.
You can click the item to view further details. By viewing further details it will show the full description and personalisation options available for the product.
To add an item to your basket just click the "Add to Shoping Bag" button. This will also take you to your "Shopping Basket" which lists the items that you have chosen to buy. To increase or decrease the quantity, simply change the value in the box and click 'Recalculate'.
To buy more items, click the "Continue Shopping" button and choose other categories from the top navigation menu. When you are ready to complete your purchase you should then click on the checkout button.
Ensure that you select the correct postage destination.

Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as using or purchasing from the My Card Creations website means you agree to them.
1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by My Card Creadtions of 12 Maple Court, Brandon, Co Durham. DH7 8PA, UK (the seller) to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided on the My Card Creations website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
2. Cards
Every greeting card is individually handmade by My Card Creations therefore there may be slight variation on each design. All materials, envelopes and gift boxes will be chosen from stock if the particular envelope, gift box or other material shown in the card image is not available at any time.
Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under 3 years.
3. Ordering
You can buy products from us online using your credit or debit card . Our payment service providers, PayPal provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. You can pay PayPal Account.
4. Prices
4a. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds.
4b. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order.
4c. All prices displayed on this site are Inclusive of UK VAT which is currently 15%. This tax is not charged on orders despatched to countries outside of the EU, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
4d. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the service selected and destination country. More about delivery services and times. We will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and we will investigate.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you should contact us to arrange a return. Our returns process and policy.
7. General
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.
When placing an order with My Card Creations, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
My Card Creations can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.
All copyright, design and intellectual property rights relating to our designs will remain the property of My Card Creations.
